Since inception in 1996, Scott Construction & Development has maintained its status as a family owned and operated business. Trevor Scott established the business with the initial goal of turning over $750,000 pa. That goal; annual turnover was surpassed with value of the fifth contract won. Four years later the company achieved the first $1.0 million per month turnover. Today contracts vary in all sizes and forms, civil and residential, commercial and civil infrastructure.

Our goal is "to continuously strive to deliver our contractual and business duties in an efficient, professional, ethical and timely manner". From a background of marine works, large volume subdivisions and commercial work we saw the need to give the client back what he was expecting then go the extra distance without asking. Individual service was the determination of the company from the outset in 1996.

Success has been the indicated measure of these values.
